DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order you will be notified via email. If the product cannot be produced in a reasonable amount of time, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method.
Print-on-demand items
Items fulfilled through print-on-demand services (including but not limited to prints, apparel, home goods) are made to order and typically require 5-14 business days for production and shipping. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Digital products
eBooks and other digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via email or download link.
Custom orders
Custom artwork or products have variable timelines depending on the scope of work. You will be provided with an estimated completion and ship date at the time of order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Eligibility
All non-customized artwork and products are eligible for return within seven (7) days of receipt. Customized artwork, made-to-order items, and digital products are not eligible for return.
You will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.

Fees
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs (original shipping and return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
If the return is due to a defective product or error on our part, we will cover the associated shipping fees and no restocking fee will apply.
Defective products
If you receive a defective item, please contact north@theweatheredcompass.com with the details of the product and the defect. Please include "Defective Product" in the subject line and attach photos if possible. This allows us to pre-assess the defect prior to its arrival and help expedite a satisfactory replacement or refund.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 3 business days whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
Refund timeline
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of The Weathered Compass receiving your return, provided it has arrived safely. You will be credited for the price of the item, minus shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee (if applicable). If the product has been returned due to a defective product or error on our part, the above fees will not apply.

Items damaged in transit (for custom orders shipped by The Weathered Compass)
If your package appears damaged, please contact us immediately at north@theweatheredcompass.com so that arrangements can be made. Please retain all original packaging materials.
Note: Print-on-demand items are fulfilled by third-party vendors. Damage or defect claims for these items should be directed to north@theweatheredcompass.com and will be handled in coordination with the fulfillment partner.
Condition of returns
We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
Cancellations
Any order that is not a custom order can be cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact north@theweatheredcompass.com to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
